MLM Interview : Tonia Hardeman from United States

This week I am back with another motivational MLM Interview. These interviews are the weekly dose for you to get yourself highly motivated. This week I got the chance to have question answer series with one of the most successful Entrepreneur Tonia Hardeman from USA. I have been in touch with her from a long time and has got few many good things. The one thing I like about her is she is always ready to help in anytime. And in the MLM industry only those people survive who have their helping hands open always.

Taking Interview of Tonia was one of the awesome experience because in this session she open the door and told me what actually she is doind in the industry and what are the future plans of her.

Here is the complete MLM Interview session.

1. Tell us about yourself.

I was born and raised in the midwest of the United States. After graduating from school, I relocated to the southeast where I met my husband. Together we have 4 children, 2 dogs, and 2 cats. We are a very close-knit family and enjoy spending time with other family and friends, being active outdoors, and just having fun. My passion is helping others. I have always enjoyed helping people. I was in the nursing field prior to the network marketing industry and became full time in this industry in 2004. I have never looked back.

2. What was your inspiration to getting started in Network Marketing?

My inspiration for originally getting started in network marketing was believing there had to be a better way. My husband and I were working more hours than we were able to spend with our kids, yet still living paycheck to paycheck. Fed up with not having control over our lives, we started looking to the network marketing industry.

3. What kinds of sacrifices have you gone through that you overcame in the begining of starting your business?

In the beginning, many hours were spent in front of the computer. We honestly didn’t have a clue where to start or what we were doing. We tried various companies and failed a lot. But each failure brought with it a learning experience that we have never regretted. We read a lot on self development because we believed that without the right mindset, it would be very difficult to become a success with ourselves.

4. How do people react when they learn you are an internet entrepreneur?

Many times people don’t fully realize what an internet entrepreneur is. Many people are curious as to what I do exactly while others have preconceived ideas of the entire industry all together. I aim to educate those that need it. I am also finding that there is far more acceptance today than there was 5 or 10 years ago. People are now realizing it’s time to take control of their own destiny rather than leave it up to the economy of governments.

5. How can network marketing help others?

The beautiful thing about network marketing is that it does not discriminate. It doesn’t matter if you have a background of poverty or wealth, a college degree or finished high school, or street smarts or book smarts. The fact is that anyone can succeed in the network marketing industry as long as you are given the right tools and are being coached by the right mentor. Those that become successful through network marketing can then pay it forward by helping others to achieve their success. Who wouldn’t enjoy that?

6. What is your current network marketing company and what kind of products are you bringing to the market?

My company is Jeunesse Global. Jeunesse was founded to provide a comprehensive anti-aging product offering of youthful innovations, comprised of both nutritional and skin care products, by utilizing the adult stem cell technology. The timing of the market demand for this product category has never been better. The expansion of an aging population in tandem with a parallel explosion in the anti-aging industry has created one of the most significant social and economic megatrends in the world today. This market demand will never diminish. The practical meaning of this massive consumer driven marketing force is a huge business opportunity for the Jeunesse team. Mega-trend means mega-business. Plain, simple, and powerful!

7. Do you recommend others to get into this industry and why?

Most definitely; however, this industry is not for everyone nor is this industry easy. Those that choose this industry will succeed if they have the right coach and the right determination. Where else can one earn the same type of success as a high paid doctor regardless of where you come from or what your current situation is? As long as you’re willing to put forth the hard work in the beginning, doing whatever it takes, you will find success. To have the freedom to do what you want, when you want, and with whom you want is priceless!

8. What is your best advice for everyone who is reading this interview?

My best advice, if I had to do everything over, would be to find a mentor or coach that could guide me through the untravelled territory of the network marketing industry. Like anything in life that is brand new, we need a teacher to learn from so that we may avoid many mistakes and achieve success in the fastest way possible. Also, work on your mindset. Without the right mindset, it is nearly impossible to achieve success. I highly recommend Jeffery Combs and Noah St John for mindset development.
